The only good thing about working in PlanetSpark was "Salary". For even freshers they provide good salary. And you get good incentive if you give more than 1 lakh sale in a week.

I was selected in May. I waited too long to get an offer letter, because of which I lost some other good opportunities provided by my college. I received offer letter in August and joining was from September. So till my joining I lost 4 months. Then they gave one month for probation in which they give enough leads to get a sale of 18k. Once you get a sale they shift you to core team. And the pathetic culture starts here. This company relies on "Referral" Referral " Referral ". They never directly ask you to sell courses to your relatives or friends etc but they don't give leads even a single one for 2 weeks 3 weeks. And they keep asking you pressurize you that where is your sale, and you will be on probation from 4th week. Even if they give any lead, then those would be either a wrong no., already dead lead, or someone who can't afford. And you don't get a day off. They don't have any fixed timing. And most rubbish thing is they have tied up with a finance company which provides loan. And when they ask their customers to give Aadhar etc that means you have taken a loan to pay that amount. To sum up I would say they're frauds for both customers and sales associate. BEWARE.

Worst of all companies, they will fool you by showing this hefty salary around 6 to 7 but they will not give you more than 20k in hand for 4 months , almost all of the people leave within 3 months of joining.Therefore they hire almost all of them if you apply. You will have to generate revenues of 1 lakh to get the CTC that too only 30k in hand from the churn leads that never gets converted. Work culture is toxic AF they will make you say that you will be a so called Senior academic counselor and fool other people.The company is in huge and had got funding but after it ends it will fire people. Please donot join this company.They didn't even pay my first salary.

... work culture no specific work timings, most of the time it goes up to 12-1 at night (13-14 hour shifts) with 8 hours salary no work life balance extreme work pressure extremely unprofessional ungrateful environment will ask to work on your week off( every time) overall it was pathetic working there

There are some core people with whom company was started that are quite good and fabulous but PRIYANKA ARORA (HR) will never mail you back if you've any concern. And TRIPTI who is pathetic trainer, to whom you learn nothing but she can fire you anytime when she want.. And you'll have no one to talk with this because HR and others never going to listen you.

...tion. *3) If you worked from office for 25 days by going from Delhi to Gurgaon.. they're not going to pay you a penny. 4) They sales emotions to you as a trainee about working culture and pay although with parents. **5) You've to work late at night like 9 or more, because you've to take counseling session with parents..

...s is all because of the consistency and the hardwork an individual put in it. The best part is that the salary comes on time. I would really recommend you all to be a part of this ed tech Platform. It ensures high growth path but everything depends upon your learning, knowledge and your dedication.
