The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role
It was an accidental slip. A teammate mentioned her CTC while we were chatting casually. Same designation, same team, joined after me but her salary was almost 30% more. My stomach dropped. Nothing they don't care about employees.

Dislikes

They don't care about how good is your work. There is partiality between employees. Work hours is very very strict, even if ur 1 minute late then manager scolds u. Its 9 hrs duty, 2 very small breaks in between allowed.. that too not between peak hours... that means we need to take those 2 breaks just after when our shift starts or just before our shift ends.. so its pointless. You're not even allowed to sit during this 9 hr shift. Everyone who joins here.. leaves soon because of toxic work culture over here. Rude colleagues. Rude Managers.
