Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Nothing they don't care about employees.

Dislikes

They don't care about how good is your work. There is partiality between employees. Work hours is very very strict, even if ur 1 minute late then manager scolds u. Its 9 hrs duty, 2 very small breaks in between allowed.. that too not between peak hours... that means we need to take those 2 breaks just after when our shift starts or just before our shift ends.. so its pointless. You're not even allowed to sit during this 9 hr shift. Everyone who joins here.. leaves soon because of toxic work culture over here. Rude colleagues. Rude Managers.
