...der and if you lack even 10 minutes from 9hrs, you will be marked as absent/LOP. You will not get salary. I was forced to quit from senior position on 2nd of joining as they suddenly realised to hire intern to save money. Also, I kept on asking my queries and about joining formalities due to which I was forced to quit. Kindly refrain from joining this company at any cost.

...hours. They blamed me for leaving early. They pampered me well in the beginning. Give an offer letter with the promise to pay your first salary after 45 days. After 45 days, they will stop receiving your number. I received my first salary after 3 months of joining, after lots of calls, emails, complaints and giving up.

Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!
