Nothing to like. You'll only regret. Salary is just a way to bring you in and mock your day.

Managers no no idea about their job. Unethical behavior, No professionalism. They can scold you in front of client. POSH is a JOKE here. Try complaining about manager to HR, HR will shy away.

Every day you will extend for minimum of 4 hours, morning 9 to night 10 or more, every day targets, company was completely dependent on 3,4 people & now they started behaving like boss, no job security. mainly company starts hiring in the month of April & because from April to July company will be under high volume of work, once work done company starts doing layoff all of sudden with any prior information. & all of sudden who have parsed your work starts saying poor performance because they want to create some proofs for doing layoff. very pathetic & toxic work environment.

Colleagues are great to be around and are very helpful.

The work life balance is miserable here. Managers do not consider genuine complaints against leads as there is partiality present here. No one to answer when questions are raised by junior level employees. Salary increment and incentives are as good as none. Work hours are messed up as it is a general expectations by managers and leads that one will extend up to 3-4 hours whenever they require, without considering personal needs. Leads and managers have no idea about how the company works at base level, neither do they care about how the actual work is done. No matter how much efforts you put in, they will not consider your efforts when the employee is in need.

Job Security and entertainment in occasions are good. Helping people's if anybody needs anything in work.

Dislikes

Toxic environment and too much work pressure and doesn't matter about your personal life and health issues. There is no Work life balance here. Too much partiality.
