1. Location is worst, no Dhaba or eating points, No safety at all 2. No Cab/No Bus Services 3. Pathetic Corporate Culture 4. Huge gap between teaching and non-teaching 5. Branding and Promotion is their priority 6. 03 months notice period 7. Senior Management treats employees as slave, no respect, no ethics 8.Many Staff and Faculty left with in six months Not recommend to anyone

I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.
