on first day at PixelQue I was inform that there is no sir mam concept.Over a time I realised that respect will not comes with titles .It is reflected through our behavior.The company environment is extremely supportive which greatly helpful to improving communication skills.The Hr team is very approachable and technical team and Leads are always ready to help with any doubts.
