The culture is warm and friendly, though sometimes stress, which is acceptable in the software industry given the inherent challenges. I made the right decision to choose this company as part of my career.

They could have been a bit more quantity in terms of employees and projects, which I think is a very minor one and the company is trying it's best to achieve the same.
