Management trust and reliability. Understandability of colleagues. No work pressure to be specific which helps to have a better work life balance. You can trust me as I am writing this being in notice period :) .

They could have been a bit more quantity in terms of employees and projects, which I think is a very minor one and the company is trying it's best to achieve the same.
