I must say, this place is pretty cool. You're encouraged to take the lead on projects, and there's real support for that kind of initiative. Having direct access to the founder is a huge plus—it’s like getting a crash course in entrepreneurship. The team is amazing; we work hard but always find time to laugh, which makes all the difference. Working with international clients keeps things interesting and really tests your ability to keep up with the pace. If you're into a lively, challenging work environment, you'll fit right in.

1) HR system in place is good 2) You get to wear different hats and are assigned tasks beyond your job responsibilities (you can decide if it is a pro or a con)

Dislikes

1) No proper management system or experienced managers, or leaders starting from CEO to managers due to high attrition rate and low salaries throughout the organization. 2) Everyone is asked to do sales and cold calling 3) Joined as an email marketing associate, instead was asked to bring leads and it didn't end at that, was later blamed for them not getting converted by the sales team regarding them as "poor quality leads" 4) Email marketing team manager was horrible, abusive, and totally unprofessional. 5) Be aware: there are 2 startups in play here. One is a product they are building, a SaaS platform, and the other is a demand & lead generation agency. You will be required to do all kinds of work for both of them even though you have joined just one.
