There is not a single good reason to like this company, there is only one project which will give your salary, if that goes you are also removed . The skills you will learn 1. Micro management 2. Explain what you did every hour 3. Lots of demotivation 4. Every day you will feel like taking a leave 5. Rarely anyone will help you if you are stuck 6. Management doesn't care about you 7. They will only care if you are ok working more than the designated time 8. There is this one guy who is actually a bully and won't care about you . 9. Even after working late hours you are expected to report on time next day. Better ignore the job postings and focus on some other company If you are a QA then you are doomed to hell . If you have to choose between death and this company, choose death atleast you will be in peace

...etimes come across as rude, and there's a perception of nepotism and favoritism. Salary hikes, motivation, and appreciation seem scarce, and tasks, especially R&D ones, are closely monitored without much acknowledgment of our efforts. It can feel demotivating due to office politics and a sense of targeting specific employees. However, it's essential to consider personal experiences and seek ways to improve the work environment or explore other opportunities.

Not even a single thing is good in this company. This company is filled with toxic people. I can’t express everything but I beg people not to join this company ever.

Dislikes

There was a toxic work culture filled with constant blame games, and it was evident that they don’t value their employees. The management constantly requires people to work extra hours outside of working hours, showing a complete disregard for work life balance. Individuals at managerial position at this company often displayed bullying behaviour towards people under them and this leads to mental health issues. I can not, in good conscience, recommend this company to anyone.
