Work culture Zero Way of working worst Job security zero Growth opportunity Zero Learning Zero Traditional Way of Working Paper Work and Writing work Completely Appreciation/Employee Engagement Is Zero No Canteen Facility All You Have to Buy with your own No Bus Facility Working Hours Are Fixed on Paper but Actually Have to Work for almost 10hr Company is Ltd but way of working is like old traditional Way Involvement of Upper Management in every Small things which leads to job security Concern. No Hierarchy

Zero job security, Top management is involved in every small decision no freedom for decision making and it makes worst for listening 4 different decision from 4 diffrent directors. No mutual understanding between all director. Lets assume everyday will be your last day. If you are in contact with director then and then only you will get good promotion otherwise no decision of HOD. Very stressful work culture due to management engagement in every small decision.

Company is in good position . Good Revenue. Good name is v-belt industry. In corona times company has not terminated to anyone. higher authorities are good.

... hire from third party then they wont consider for company role after good work. pay scale is very less.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent

Absence of Clarity regarding work, absence of authorities & chamcha type atmosphere, doesn't have importance to working people if you are not chamcha
