Not a single things ..... Based on my current experience.... Not about the company you will like....

Not appreciate regarding your work... Not promoted... Salary & benefits are not at all acceptable... In your letter showing that you will get 26000/- salary but after completion of one month you will get only 20 or 21 thousand.... Double side PF deduction....And also this things not mention in your offer letter.... That is a big crime... Mentorship not available... Empowerment is very less. Trust issue between engineer & manager.... Not valued there employee Involvement in precious work is not available.... Only they are using a your time....And your future growth will be reduced

Staff is supportive and helpful.company policy is good and company provide transport and canteen facility.

Job security is zero.more deduction from salary and hike is very low and fake.career growth is slow.

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive management also good, for learning purpose good company

Lot of Partiality in salary and increment carrier grouth is slow and on the job training is not given to new joinees

...kup your calls also. In my 12 yrs carrier I found very third class organisation. Most importantly ask for salary breakup when you got offer from this company. They cheated most of the times.
