Nothing Seriously! There's nothing likeable to mention. The owner/CEO has a terrible attitude issue.

Dislikes

Everything. Starting from the way newbies are treated, their worth and morales are run down to the dirt. There's no scope of creative flexibility and absolutely no culture of mental flexibility. It seems that everything is too biased based upon owner's mood and likings. There's no opportunity to suggest or develop changes. Everything bottlenecks when it's upto the owner. Micromanaging is ever present at every level. As an individual contributor, you will never feel fulfilled because of unrealistic expectations from the owner.
