1. The transparency of policies and appreciation is limited in the words of team leads and not seen in salary or bonuses. 2. I see the different people in the same post having the same experience are not treated according to their performances (Visible discrimination) 3. I say carrier development and skill development are limited because of the work change policy in the company and due to high dependency on process flow. One will be doing the same job for more than a period where he has not much to learn.

Pits adopt a good work culture. Employee friendly and provide a good environment to work, providing better compensation for all. It's a good place to start a career for Freshers, they will get hands on training from experienced trainers. Employees will get on-site opportunities. Last two years, pits showing a tremendous growth in business. So it's a great place to work.

Salary is not up to the market value. There is a bond of 34 months.if you resign before that you have to give them 2 lakhs. Project managers have less technical knowledge.

Not getting paid for the work I am doing here. Very tiring and stressed working atmosphere and not getting any appraisal or appreciation. Very bad approach from team lead. Forced to do over work, not even getting enough break time. I am working here only because I am in need of money to raise my kids. I have to travel 2 hr daily. Cab is not free. No home pickup

Management If you are ready to join this company you became trap they didn't reduce your notice Period by buyout or cash they didn't support you they treat like a slave, HR is like a Hitler so please think twice to join this company. I am trapped while looking Glassdoor and ambition box on last year 2023 but after 2023 half it became changed management is too trouble
