Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. All project, process are miss managed. very poor management. 2. Blood sucking company, long work hours, minimum pay. 3. You need to pay from your pocket for official expenses. 4. Most of internal and external portal, tools are buggy, not working.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
