Only the brand name of Piramal is worth....If the name of piramal is removed from the brand than sarvajal will not even survive even a single day. The company lacks vision and the culture is highly political. Leadership team lacks vision. Management is hopeless.

Dislikes

They lack vision. The organization is lead by few people who just believe in their constructive strategy which benefits only few and ends up being destructive for many. People are just hired and fired in sales team. In operations team people are also handled in a messy way which leads to job loss. HR policies are only made to safeguard the interest of leadership team and few chatus. The company has 80% attrition and does not believe in holding or nurturing its employees. It is indeed the worst place to work for.

Very Good work environment and culture. Management is transparent. Company policies are very good, appraisal are fair and give good salary hike and bonus every year. Overall very Good Company.

Dislikes

On the job training is not given to new joinees.
