No Salary Discussion in My Appraisal — What’s Your Experience?
In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. I feel an appraisal meeting should include open discussion about both performance and future expectations. What are your thoughts? Does this happen in your company too?

...tently delayed salaries for months and showed no accountability when questioned. They have still unpaid my 6 months salary and of many of my colleagues. Employees were often mislead with false promises and false information about their projects. I have witnessed even the clients getting cheated. The management lacks integrity, transparency and any sense of responsibility. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this company.

There is not positive to write about such a hostile company

Dislikes

No regards to professionalism, professionals dont stick around for long. Never pay salaries on time a minimum of 90 days delay month on month. One good to boss gets w**d and alc*h*l every evening just say yes to all, never ask salary and they're happy with you. No procedure, system or process a very mediocre company with big vision by wrong intent and wrong doings, I pity the clients.
