...ironment is very neat and good. HR and Admin dept behavior is friendly manner. "Pioneer Wincon" has paid full salary to all the employee both corporate and site people even during the lock down period ( Covid - 19) they never cut down the staff salaries even the worst situation.

The organization is following continuous improvements at all angle ( Right from technical & commercial) Varies comities formed to monitor & follow up & to assess the desired Goals set to them. One of the committee CFT - functioning about the Continuous development & cost reduction. System followed in this organization through ISO 9001-2008 & every year it is being audited & measured by the External Approved Agency. Goal setting is formed for the organization, towards the Goal the targets & objectives are assigned to various levels. Same will be monitored & measured . various experience & backgrounds persons are all happily work in our organization

Dislikes

Compensation is satisfied & growth is slow in overall. But in few place compensation high & growth is very fast. In project period working, there is no time limit. Our set aim to achieve the target as in desired time. These efficiencies are has to be captured during Appraisals.

The only positive thing is - you can get a nice package if you negotiate initially .. for doing no work at all.

Dislikes

1) Salary never credited on time. Sometimes, you will have to wait for 2 months. 2) Zero professionalism. Whatever the boss says has to happen, even if it is idiotic. A classic problematic mindset of "inherited company" by 2nd generation entrepreneurs. 3) Bossy boss. He does whatever he wants, whenever he thinks anything. Never ever considers discussing anything with anyone. If you try giving suggestions, he ridicules it to others - such a childish attitude. 4) HR is simply a joke. The guy does nothing except saying "yes" to whatever the boss says. 5) Learning - zero. If this is about to be your 1st company - please never join. You will get your career ruined forever. 6) Colleagues - they stay there because of no other way. So, even your professional learning will be zero.
