The only positive thing is - you can get a nice package if you negotiate initially .. for doing no work at all.

Dislikes

1) Salary never credited on time. Sometimes, you will have to wait for 2 months. 2) Zero professionalism. Whatever the boss says has to happen, even if it is idiotic. A classic problematic mindset of "inherited company" by 2nd generation entrepreneurs. 3) Bossy boss. He does whatever he wants, whenever he thinks anything. Never ever considers discussing anything with anyone. If you try giving suggestions, he ridicules it to others - such a childish attitude. 4) HR is simply a joke. The guy does nothing except saying "yes" to whatever the boss says. 5) Learning - zero. If this is about to be your 1st company - please never join. You will get your career ruined forever. 6) Colleagues - they stay there because of no other way. So, even your professional learning will be zero.

This being my first company, it has a special place always within me for inducting into a world of corporate work culture, and it has been a resounding experience since then. The company is situated well within the proximity of the heart of Chennai and especially the architecture of Tamarai Tech Park is pleasing to the eye. The ambience and maintenance of the office is commendable. Coming to my work-life, I had the opportunity to work cross-functionally among various departments and the managers to whom I had reported throughout these times were so supportive of me. They trusted on my skills and gave me the freedom and time to work on various targets and this greatly helped me in delivering the results promptly. Never ever have they exerted their dominance / superiority over me and they even shared some light moments with me here and there. This indirectly influenced me to work consistently rejuvenated and achieve greater results. One thing worth-mentioning is that even our Director, despite being hierarchically the highest person in our organization, took time and effort to encourage a junior employee like me to venture into different and steeper learning curves both horizontally and vertically, thus helping me in my career growth and opportunities. So, if one shows some skill potential, rest assured, he / she will feel motivated within the organization.

Dislikes

...s some look-into by the management is the compensation paid to junior employees. Even though the work achievements has been gratifying and provides inner-satisfaction, the salary figure leaves wanting for more. The pay grade of a junior level engineer is pretty low according to industry standards. I can only hope that the company address this seriously and if done so, many young talents would greatly feel motivated and always be captivated at work, indirectly benefitting the company on the whole and would be a win-win situation.

...ironment is very neat and good. HR and Admin dept behavior is friendly manner. "Pioneer Wincon" has paid full salary to all the employee both corporate and site people even during the lock down period ( Covid - 19) they never cut down the staff salaries even the worst situation.

I don't find any drawback in this organisation.
