Nothing like professionalism. Dealership is with Toyota name but work is like local garage. No follow ups for working employees and who is selected during interview but not coming, no question to interviewed person. Customers are treated well when they complaint in TKM, many internal matters are handled personally instead of listening and giving them enough space to communicate.

I really liked rules of company, team work is good and better groth opportunities. They will give you training about your work for better outcome

Dislikes

Thing I dislike is the job coordinators don’t have sense how to manage team and have no sense how to deal with employees
