...y has no proper crisis management policies. Simply runs on hire and fire policy. They hire an employee when required and fire employees as means of cost cutting. No career growth opportunity as well.

Management is dominating and no employee-friendly policies are followed. Poor HR policies and no appraisal. Completely zero learning and growth prospect. No work from home facility as well.

I have started my real estate career from this company 18 years back, then in between I moved on to many different companies both corporates and MNC's but the again returned back to my temple of work and continuing since last 5 years. I have followed my heart my passion and this is the place where one can reach their destiny in style and fulfill all goals in life.

It’s a company for long term employees. Employees payment are on time and without any delay. Even during the lockdowns we were being awarded as and when required and much better than the market standards. Incentives are given as and when being achieved without delay.

Management is active and expect same activeness from their employee. if anyone want to joining their My advice is work as professional without thinking other matters for example communication through mail.

It's then CRM and their vast database. Where leads are authentic mostly and satisfyingly they use to have their dream home with us then. Since we were guiding them choosing the best property par their budget.

Work timings were too tiring.
