Company never care for sincere and hardworking employees. It gives preference to only those employees who are perfect in buttering. Employees who have full skills of buttering is successful in this company. Management's decision power is very poor. They heard only old employees even some of old employees are not capable. They only surviving by doing buttering to their superior.

Growth is very slow. Seniors are not capable. There is no training to improve your skill. There is no appraisals while giving increment. Top level never listen to others. They only listen to their favourite. They Don't want to face the truth. Overall buttering is more than much in this Company.
