Its a very good company for freshers. Freshers can grow professionally and financially. Equipped with good infrastructure.

Dislikes

Doesn't value experience of employee. Work distribution is based on qualification and skills while salary were given based on designation. Your designation doesn't describe your job description. For example an employee with 1 year experience can work as project manager if posses the skill set with a team of employees having 5-8 years experience but will get salary as junior resource. Sometimes its quite hard to get work life balance. Company's promotional policy is really demotivating. Yearly salary increment is less than the inflation rate.

The exit policy is worse. They take your private things like new salary slip, future company offer letter, it's like they force their employees to give such things. Entry is easy to pinnacle but not exit. I have served 9years still they are not providing my legitimate claims. Even bonus and other things they deprive of which is supposed to be your own hard earned money.

Likes

Variety of projects and world class exposure to the current situation around the world. Real time coordinating with clients all over the world. Exposure to all sort of BIM based softwares.

Dislikes

Salary credit happens by 5th, sometimes it's 7th if it's a public holiday - if you have bill payment commitment, you will surely become a defaulter. Increments are very bad- 5-8% and the accounts play silly tax games and you end up increment only on paper and not on in-hand. Also for OSD, they sometimes treat you very inhumanly. If client refused to pay u in OSD, you end up booking your own ticket to home country and with no surety that you will even get the refund. "If you need exposure, come to Pinnacle, if you need money, never bother coming."

Friendly co workers, nice campus, decent pay. They don't play with your money, salary is on time.

Dislikes

Promotion process is too complex, work life balance is poor , toxic team leads. Even if you don't want they are going to enter in your personal life and want to ruin it.

Nothing to like here. They give you salary in return of your Dignity. That's it. However, you will get friends and thats the thing I liked only.

Dislikes

I was there is ACS Depertment in Jaipur branch. These few years were like hell for me. There is a Higher Management POC who does not to how to behave. He shouts in the floor like hell and sometime he will insult you in front of 100 peoples in the floor just for using mobile phone. It's completely a hell kind of situation and I dont know how some senior PDHs are still working there loosing all the dignity and peace of live. However, I left, and sometime I feel like its like independence.
