Salary on time Person can learn BIM as a fresher Females with a good looks have a good chances of hiring compared to not good looking females especially in the ACS department.

Management is just a showpiece Only the owner can run the company, HR's are just a peon who conveys the owner information Policies are just a PDF, company owner can modify it any second depending upon the requirement, owner can give you promotion and if he thinks it crosses his budgets he can take it in any month and can deduct your extra salary. Please come as a fresher and leave the company once you learn BIM because the HOD are stacked in the company they do not have site knowledge and they will be helpful at initial stage but after 8 years your value in the industry will go down as you will get salary hike but you don't gain knowledge

Friendly co workers, nice campus, decent pay. They don't play with your money, salary is on time.

Dislikes

Promotion process is too complex, work life balance is poor , toxic team leads. Even if you don't want they are going to enter in your personal life and want to ruin it.

While the company’s culture and projects are highly engaging, I feel that the compensation could be more competitive, and there could be more opportunities financial growth and recognition. Additionally some internal processes could be streamlined for better efficiency.

Dislikes

...hose you end up with nothing but as a draftsman for engineers and contractors. Finally if you are looking for a career with no vision but some healthy pay and after 35-40 age you don't want job security you can go there and stay there. Rather option Pinnacle for 3-5 years and move to some different companies otherwise it will be very hard to move after that.

Youll get to learn a lot from this company. The salary structure is good from the April 2022. Good place for freshers to start if in interested in BIM domain.

Dislikes

The work culture is pathetic. Don't join unless in need of money. Better to be a place where you get good work environment and salary too. Line managers are too narrow minded as most they believe subordinate don't have a life after office and behave like shit many a times.
