Salary comes in proper time. I heard Durgapur location have chance to grow.....but I haven't got the opportunity.

Dislikes

Till I am employed there......there was no problem in my salary. Once I submitted resignation..........my salary for 1 month was barred (avg. working approx. 11 hours daily) Kolkata manager forced me to move away from the premise within few days so that I shouldn't complete my notice period....inspite of my more than 24 days leave..........they till date didn't give my last month's salary. I mailed repeatedly..........called.....nothing happened. Always busy in trial to dig out personal problems and interfere...........not even spare the children while gossiping openly.

Nothing, There is seriously nothing which I would like in Pinnacle. Staring from the work culture to career growth, everything in Pinnacle is worst.

Dislikes

Everything. They did not provide salary timely, each and every month they are delaying the salary. Also there are lots of extra work which have to be done by employee without getting extra salaries. Excessive work pressure and extremely bad mentality and behavior of Senior management in Pinnacle is really getting impossible to stay there for any employee or fresher.

...ool, gym, playground etc Apartment and dormitory available. Good infrastructure. Salary on time. 2days of weekend. Fun fridays.

Salary is low compared to market standards. Canteen food is not good. Long working hours. No sick leave available.

While the company’s culture and projects are highly engaging, I feel that the compensation could be more competitive, and there could be more opportunities financial growth and recognition. Additionally some internal processes could be streamlined for better efficiency.

Likes

Really nothing. The company does not really care about the employees and the hr is busy with little games on fun Friday instead of making actual changes. Campus is pretty. Do what you will with that information

Dislikes

Salary is very low. They justify it by giving us a place to live in the campus which is also deducted from the salary. They took away the girls dormitory kitchen utensils and do not allow us to use our own ones. Overall there is nothing to not dislike.
