... opens but they say they don't have money to pay snacks expenses for therapists. Irrespective of therapists given their best no appraisals, and also salary deductions without any reson. No support from hr team. Waste management, totally waste. Won't resolve complaints from parents who are very sad from company side. Waste management.

Nothing, the just break the trust n doing fake promises to the parents regarding their child improvements they didn't even pay the salaries on time to the employees moreover they don't care about the employees facilities n rights the pressure n toxic environment make a human hard to work, alot if times me and my team work too hard and out of working hours for incentives and rewards but they never appreciated and gave incentives after completion of their targets

I shoud say infinite dis likes from my side, my 50k rewards / incentives are pending they took the work but didn't paid morever i saw numerous employees struggling for the experience certificate after serving for notice period and doing all the formalities. It's becoming toxic work place day by day for their employees.

I don't like waste company no ethical values they don't know have to talk with employees only business minded people are working at higher positions.

Finance team(gopi)behaviour he feels like he is the boss to this company rude slang he uses i don't know why he is speaking like that everyone equal means his slang should also be good.

It was good for about 2yrs when I joined after that it became commercial and greedy.

They will not consider employees leaves, Health of employee, personal life and if the employee is getting opportunity they will not allow them to work in any other companies.
