There is nothing to like in that company nothing. I would say no one should join them. They should learn the value of an employee first.

Employees are not treated well. They give a lot of work which is not the problem we they even pay well and there is promotion at all doesn't matter what you do for them. No value of an employee there

Positive vibrant on floor, salary and incentive as per commitment and timely, 5 days in a week and good coordination between management and junior employee

Clashes between senior just to show their superiority.

There is no job security... All employees are contract (6 month) employees only...

Dislikes

...s every day... And there is no Sunday, Government holidays...no career growth...there is contract of 2 years they are not providing increment and bonus... On the job training is not given to new joiners...

Appraisals are a issue. Need to work on trainings for freshers.

Supportive and friendly staff , amazing director, very strict policy against harrasment, alternate Saturday off , monetary bonus on diwali , good infrastructure with cafeteria , great for beginners.

Monetary growth is slow No transport facility Worked for 2 years but no salary growth/ designation growth Managers attitude is a bit problem .
