Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

...rking, works all day, and some employees have that much leisure to watch films). - Salary Structure (They do not disclose the deduction when you join the company. When you left the company, you lost your six-month F&F bonus, as well as your paid leave wage. Deduction from salary is huge) - Office politics. - HR's behaviour is quite bad.

Company is good but employees of Jaipur branch are very bad and there is no culture for office work in Jaipur branch. Staff is not supported. So do not join Jaipur branch. In Jaipur branch the company trusts only one person Rajesh Raj and no one is trusted by the company. So do not join Jaipur branch.

Working culture in jaipur branch is very political. Satya Prakash is a branch manager of Pima control jaipur and he don't know about the business. He don't have business development skills. Always insulting other staff members and involve in office politics. Always look where he can make extra income in business travel. The good staff is continuosly left Pima from last 1 year just because of his behaviour.

Pima controls company is good but if you join the jaipur branch my suggestion not to join specifically in technical field.

Dislikes

Seniors are not supporting and working culture also bad. Please don't join jaipur branch. Your seniors will insult you by using abusing language overall bad review.
