Dislikes

The seniors in the Process Department are extremely toxic. They hardly do any work themselves but assign all tasks, like typing, to freshers and take full credit for it. If there are no projects, management transfers employees to other departments like Sales or Accounts without giving them a choice. There is Process calculation followed here. Moreover, the focus is mostly on formatting rather than the actual data in the project.

Not work satisfaction, cheap culture, not clearity about employees salary, not any health insurance, payment issues, engineer person is also work as purchase, logistics and dispatch and material transport like worker, no breakfast and not any facilities as well as allowance, want only extra hour works l, very cheap people

... personnel training to growth work with confidentially. No discrimination here. Salary on time. Technically skill achieve much quality. Satisfaction work culture. Management support to employee , motivate and build skill doing work individually. To get chance work with challenging project new technology minor to major thing learned . Hard work performance convert into salary hike. Good for fresher.

Company has a good environment to learn as a fresher with one supportive, MD. They are having paid leaves, no leave policy.

Dislikes

The company Has a toxic work culture marked by favouritism, Internal politics and Unfair treatment, Decision making unclear leading to inefficiencies, salary and Provident fund payment are delayed requiring constant follow-ups. There is unnecessary interference between department and Vendor are not paid on time suggesting financial instability. Highly skilled employees are assigned low level task while loyal staff fail under valued and cheated management makes promise but fails to deliver further exacerbating employee dissatisfaction. Sometimes we have to work on Sunday and after 6 also without paid OT. No culture programs, Even if its government holiday we have to be here for work.
