They credit the salary on time every month.A good cafeteria and clean office environment. And restrooms are very clean. A lot of festivals are celebrated here.

Dislikes

Toxic Team management, no proper training. Managers need to be more trained to handle a team. Rude attitude towards employees by the manager. They lack proper training. Once they are tired of a employee they will try to fire or make the quit themselves. They hire freshers every month.You are replaceable. Don't fall for the work culture. Its better to start off in a startup of medium scale where you are respected and actually you can learn. And there no scope for growth as a employee there. You can learn the basics. Also you need to be a tech savy to ace their sales game. If you just have the knowledge and a tourism graduate you are not valued. The extreme pressure of target achieving is too much you even work on weekends. You need to carry the laptops home every day. Also you will not be informed about their way of working and the rules etc. we have to figure it out. And if we miss anything you will be questioned, inspite of their lack of informing their employees the rules and regulations. It is a high end Travel Agency with no work life balance.

... she prefers to give work that is mundane and irrelevant to the employee's role. They extract all the work from you and give no compensation for it, this is the first ever management where they don't want to know about your performance and they decide the numbers for you and just come and inform, this is your appraisal. You won't have voice in this org. All they want is your work, there's no acknowledgement, recognition, compensation, nothing. If you're looking for a good place to grow and learn, never come here

Worst colleagues if you are not south indian they will treat u badly if you don't speak their language the HR is horrible in order to take actions on their own people i.e. tamil people the specific team won't ever work or grow if you people keep leaving the company bcoz of ur toxic team memebers

Pickyourtrail is my very first company for work, Pickyourtrail is a very good work space for freshers and experienced people can learn new thing and people over there give lot of love, support and care!

Salary package was not discussed because providing offer letter and salary was not give properly(hope this issue is closed completely)

Ambience of the office and some teams.

Dislikes

The people are so toxic and demeaning. Some teams are really good like team Superman and team Salvatore, otherwise you feel helpless when you don't know anything and nobody is ready to help as well. People judge you, and do not make you feel welcome in any shape or form.
