Since it's a startup so you will get the good working environment with good salary package.

You don't know when you will get fired. Like other companies you will not get any second chance i.e, PIP and you will be forced to leave company by your manager even on watsapp and on call and when you sign-off office in the evening. You will get the reminder for resignation.

Running there own monopoly where only save the old people who actually doing nothing and just destroying the new joinins career

There are so many points which we dislike they hired the management from different sectors who not even know the product and about the logistics

Dislikes

Atmosphere is not good due to internal politics and favorism. Management can ask to resign any time without any reason despite you are good performer, metrics score are improved. If you ask for clarifications, they will just say its management call and you have to resign.

Tech based company, trying to bring change in B2B model.

Dislikes

False commitments on service levels & does not live upto to tech expectations as being pitched during sales. No supportive middle management with after sales support to customers.

The work culture is impeccable, the company provides with equal opportunities to all employees to learn and up skill. The founders are visionaries and care about the employees. Work life balance is a little hampered due to 6 working days. Overall Pickrr is an excellent organization which will help one up skill, grow and prosper.
