There is a good work life balance. This company runs a good brand with sharp focus on quality. Appreciation received from customers are motivating. Increments depend on performance and out performers are taken special care of. Company allows to tackle challenges and give opportunity to apply new things. There are regular training programs organized and one is free to bring new courses to management for review.

Dislikes

Decisions that need to go through management are slow. Non performers may not get promotion or basic increments only.

Newly joined to this organization but i should really say they respect the decision of seniors. People here i can see associated more than 5 to 6 years. Office timing is 10.00 but there is half an hour grace time where the employee come by 10.30 then they sit till 7.00 to cover their duty hours. No work pressure but that doesn't mean that your productivity is not counted, increment is everywhere on the basis of your productivity.

Dislikes

Only concerned with washroom which is outside but its clean so i am not much bothered of the same.

Every single employee is treated as mill mazdoor, no one , not even person at managerial level has a right to take any single decision. By saying so one can not change one full stop to 2 full stops in content. Every single decision (smallest of small) is taken by the owner. Lunch hour is of 1:30 to 2:00. Everyone has to finish lunch in that time only. One can not eat anything after or before that. It’s a school. Yearly appraisal happen at the end of the divali. Increment criteria is fixed at 5%. Nothing above it. They don’t have office washroom, everyone need to use public washroom of the building. One who wants to torment themselves apart from timings can happily join here.
