...The organization doesn't know what gratuity is as it never pays anyone the same. Forgot other peeps like bonus, shares or even goodies. If you really wanted to become hard mentally like me, join this organization. I couldn't select any facility out of the list provided by Naukri as you don't hear them when you are with pi.

Training is good and job is not secured, salary is very bad and not increased & work environment is good but work is not continue total yr .
