No Work Life Balance, All time Work pressure & stress is high, Lacks Decent Work culture, Unprofessional thinking of Senior Management, Need to deliver in work even in holidays if you have laptop, Human values are very Low, Weak HR Policies, No ethics, Highest Attrition always, Job security is less, Should stop blaming the Junior level Management, Need to improve a lot in Sustainability, Lacks planning for Employee growth & Successor development. Company has Visionaries but lacks in Leaders. Real achievements/commitments of loyal Employees are ignored and Performance appraisals are biased, which benefits HR. To be developed as System Driven Company rather than Human driven. Politics as usual.

Culture sucks here. No freedom. Slavery type of working. Just do your work, go home, take salary. Don't expect anything like good culture, respect, dignity, enjoyment, freedom

... અળસી HR department work very slow for resign person full and final settlement..harrament by hr department for my own salary...very poor culture.. always bharuch root bus late coming..and..it's late to all releave bus .

Parshality for local and outsiders. Senior treated for locals like workers. Salary package and position for locals are very poor. Responsibility for locals are too high.

...itism by top management and HR. No reward for hard working and dedicated employees. Top management is very arrogant and egoistic. Partiality with old employee's is seen as a very common practice and HR seems to take them for granted and exploit them.
