I like work, culture environment.

Dislikes

Parshality for local and outsiders. Senior treated for locals like workers. Salary package and position for locals are very poor. Responsibility for locals are too high.

Less travel time for office commute. System based working.

...itism by top management and HR. No reward for hard working and dedicated employees. Top management is very arrogant and egoistic. Partiality with old employee's is seen as a very common practice and HR seems to take them for granted and exploit them.

Infrastructure and facilities are best available here, opportunity to get exposure to new chemistry is more, more compititive environment.

Compensation and promotion is very limited, only senior faculty enjoy the perks...

Very good learning opportunity, resources are available, management are supportive and very good safety culture established by team

Salary is decent but career growth is very much slow. There is no training provided to for associate lavel
