... અળસી HR department work very slow for resign person full and final settlement..harrament by hr department for my own salary...very poor culture.. always bharuch root bus late coming..and..it's late to all releave bus .

Company is not a main road if you are emergency in your home more time to taken due to long distance Vadodara to pi sez

...g companies in core specialty chemical sector in India. Decision making is fast. Career growth and compensation are good.

Work life balance is nil particularly for PI Jambusar site. Artificially created work pressure is too much. Traveling time is too much.

Good working culture & healthy environment. Colleagues are supportive enough & have transparency in working.

Salary is decent but career growth is very much slow. There is no training provided to new comers/joinees. To some extent, it has hindered the growth due to lack of work culture, gossipings, etc. at workplace.

worst ever Attendence related policies,No off reliever in production department you have to do 12 hour duty .hard to maintain work- life bance.very poor job saftey.no one gives you decision related work.
