Company has Visionaries but lacks in Leaders. Real achievements/commitments of loyal Employees are ignored and Performance appraisals are biased, which benefits HR. To be developed as System Driven Company rather than Human driven. Politics as usual.

... અળસી HR department work very slow for resign person full and final settlement..harrament by hr department for my own salary...very poor culture.. always bharuch root bus late coming..and..it's late to all releave bus .

Parshality for local and outsiders. Senior treated for locals like workers. Salary package and position for locals are very poor. Responsibility for locals are too high.
