...ntal peace , no safety , your day is completely into work, no work life balance. Salary is low too comparatively to the work on field you do. And guys , they management people are from tier 3 college who are not Physiotherapists, they're not even having good qualification. Just basic degrees like bcom, arts and MBA from tier 3 colleges these stupid people dictate qualified physiotherapists where you're forcefully assigned patients throughout the day even though you don't wish to travel to that unsafe location for visits. Guys like these including the owner should be charged legally , and the management should be legally charged! You're a physiotherapist don't waste your skills, knowledge and energy into working with fraudulent people

No respect at all ,work like a labour ,being a physiotherapist it feels like you are working like a delivery boy and people sitting in the office feels that they are superior and they orders you to do this and that ,not even educated people here,they don't know about any condition and they will give advises to you ,asks you lie towards patients that you are well experienced and asks for package conversion even theres no need ,if not done then the useless HR will message you and say that your are incapable.Please guys learning for 4.5 years and you will not get respect here and you will work like a labour ,don't waste your important time working here as I wasted ,after leaving they will not even pay your remaining salary,worst company,I request to take serious legal action against this company as they forcefully make you to sign the ruthless bonds which are not even legal and ask for original documents to be submitted and scare you about the carrier.
