Cab costs 1500 deduction from salary, you won't grow or learn anything useful but it's a window dressing that they do is what they like to show. Too much of favouritism and biasness. Career Path Projects are a trap. Affairs inside the office and terrible moulding of bau of their people making exceptional cases. All manipulation and show off in LGBTQ community though giving none importance to mental health and even physical be it even pregnancy. Birthday leave, marriage leave, mourning leaves etc are not there anymore.

1. Good salary, decent benefits. 2. Impactful work at scale, recognition - good learning on business logic.

1. Appreciation culture is lacking. 2. Personal growth curve unclear due to lack of enough roles.

Compared to other companies decent salary and job security, but if u dont grow in 2 years after staying in same position time to change job here...

As usual office politics only selected folks can grow but the company is really good .. And if u have excellent skills no one can stop u to grow here lots of opportunitys.

Hiring graduates at the same salary as MBA. Top level Managers are really toxic. They will talk behind your back, they will judge you on the basis of how much you can do ‘yes sir’ thing.

The kind of work in Trust and Safety team is quite interesting and impactfull where we are trying to save genuine user's money from getting defraud.

Dislikes

Appraisals are very low. Pay scale is below average as compared to industry standards. Though Head of trust & safety has a very far vision but down the line top management in Analytics is lacking visionary ideas and implementation. Though the work is very good but they won't pay you much in appraisals. Also forcing employees to be in office for 5 days is indulging toxic culture within employees.
