They have a salary issues, because they have a contractor (timesol) they delay the salary, actual salary time on date 07, but they provide date 13 plus. That is most important issue with phoenix Market city..

No job security while in pandemic they layoff to staffs. Work in office only even in covid lockdown time. No care about staff safety for their healths. One man can take decision about all the things.

All was good but because some unwanted people day by day environment is getting negative and there no limit of politics and hr is totally bias/unfair also some of them are taking advantages of their designation in wrong

1) The internal politics and demeaning nature, 2) The managers who are in the company for a long they will make sure you should leave your job within 1 year 3) You will not get any increment 4) THE MOST PATHETIC IS THE HR DEPARTMENT IN PUNE they will not listen to you and terminate your service without any issue or advance notice 5) The HO HR does not listen to you 6) If you want to work as a Clown or slave you are most welcome
