There is lot of learning opportunities there. I have learned a lot. Top management is very support for young engineers. Mr. Akhilesh Goel sir is very supportive. They support young engineers a lot which encourages employees to do better.

Dislikes

Salary is not as per market value. Only one dislikes area is salary increment.

Likes

1. you can learn a lot by yourself 2. workers and parallel staffs are so good 3. No one would ask you what are you doing at machine or documents 4. salary at time

Dislikes

1. No salary growth (3% to max 10%) 2. A lot of politics 3. No one would train you .they will throw you directly at work 4. Upper management will screw you 5. Canteen facility are worst 6. No difference between Engineer and workers( if any manpower is absent you will work at place of him / her) 7. Uneducated people are at high post so they will not understand you

The company is very good as a train center and the management is also very supported and positive attitude. Job security is good depended for behaviour and performance basis.

Dislikes

Because of lack of the growth and some person wrong attitude.

Phoenix lamps limited is good company to start your career in an automotive industry, one can easily learn about system and working culture of automotive industries through regular internal and external trainings.

Dislikes

Salary increment is bit low (always in single digit). Lots of politics, most of the people on reputed position are working here from last 20-25 years which is and obstacle in career growth of young ones and these old people always resist any change whether its about their career or some kind of improvement in companies product, these people lack decision making skills.
