1. No salary growth (3% to max 10%) 2. A lot of politics 3. No one would train you .they will throw you directly at work 4. Upper management will screw you 5. Canteen facility are worst 6. No difference between Engineer and workers( if any manpower is absent you will work at place of him / her) 7. Uneducated people are at high post so they will not understand you

Dislikes

Salary increment is bit low (always in single digit). Lots of politics, most of the people on reputed position are working here from last 20-25 years which is and obstacle in career growth of young ones and these old people always resist any change whether its about their career or some kind of improvement in companies product, these people lack decision making skills.
