Management decisions hinder timelines and quality of processes. HR not robust enough. Internal politics within verticals causes confusion and loss of focus on work.

...vironment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is ambiguous. Company policies are good but not maintain well, appraisals are not fair and they give appalling salary hike and no bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is unsatisfactory, career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Company still having micromanage mentality and huge loopholes in design adaptation. Searching for best price sometime quality and timelines are overlooked.
