No likes at all, this is a made up company to ruin students life

...nd college with fancy program and introduce themselves as huge US medical firm. Second they you huge package with work from home and tell you need to be in probation for 3 moths and later you will get full salary. Third you join here and get know it is a very small company and no seniors or past employees contact and ask you to do unrelated PPT and kind of make you feel important. Next, you never clear probation and even if you do it is the same salary what you had during your probation and it will never increase. You find all the past employees are removed or they quit before they even finish a year or they do not pay salary once you are their for more than 6 months. You also end of knowing you are hired as contract employee, NO PF, no benefits or proof of payment or pay slips, your entire year is wasted with no experience. I request all the students, placement coordinators to avoid this scam company and their scam advertisement of huge salary, their promise is never delivered. Ans do not believe that made of HR team of 3 unqualified people who come to your college or connect with you initially

No job security. No proper management, no hikes no getting salary on time. Even if you work for more than 3 months they will not give salary and the sad part is that management will not respond for your concerns.

There is fixed salary date for the employees. They delay it for weeks. No PF contribution from the employer. HR manager and HR department is always out of reach. I'm still waiting for my final month salary for past 2 month. They always expect employees to be on cam and be sharing the screen throughout the shift. Terrible work culture.

Hectic work during month end, if variable pay promised, they do not consider paying it inspite of concurrent reminders and requests, rest fixed salary will be credited every month for sure

No proper management, no carrer growth, no f&f, no reliving letter, no salary on time, even hr will not respond, they will do layoff with out proper reason and salary also they will not give. Till now they dis not give me 3 months salary, no reliving letter no final settlement, if you call them they will not give response better please avoid this company. They will not follow hippa rules complaince issues. One loginwas access by mutiple staff. There is no confidentiality
