Work culture is very good. Here you will get more chances to improve your productivity. Every corner in the world, you have to work for what you have joined otherwise you will be kicked out but here you were given a lot of chances to prove yourself. My work life balance is perfect here.

As PhleboIndia is a start up which is growing very fast so we have many loopholes but we are improving it rapidly. Every employee is welcomed to show the light on loophole here then after employer improve it.

Pathetic office culture, no work life balance, no job security, no work satisfaction, no office timing. I never recommend an employee to work here, you will get only mental harassments.
