The company stands for carbon black production .we the maintenance department helps to give maximum production time by preventative maintenance. As a result we can avoi breakdown of equipment. Also I got an opportunity to get vibration analysis training. I am happy about our team work.

Dislikes

Only get less training.sometime has to work continuesly 12 to14 hrs.compensation is less.

...agement is transparent . There is a good cafeteria & swimming pool sort complex. Company policies are fair & they give good salary hike & bonus every year.

...g in this organisation is imensly high as u have to do work of 3 people alone. The other thing is they pay good salary to B.Tech graduate bt for Msc they compare it to diploma graduate in terms of salary , which is one of the worst thing that I could like.

There is chance to operate and study as per our wish.. Salary is also good..

Some of team mates are very bad especially top level..low training session for studying about the plant and process, no job security and carreer growth also,very bad shift timing and schedule and also travelling,very bad politics within the management level,work rnvironment is also very bad.. No safety..work life balance is very poor

HR policies are good but not following in plant. Good salary and increment policy is also good but if u have good relationship with your boss. Performance bonus has deducted from your CTC about 10% but only getting approx 8%. Man power is always insufficient in Power plant so u have to do minimum 10 days 12 hr shift in a month. Travelling time is total 3 hr to & fro including 40 mints of reliving time.

Job security is not good. You have to perform job with minimum man power.
