Nothing it is place of Harassement for girls and women , senior harasses junior mentally and sexually and company does not do anything about it , they will penalised the victim only

People like to work slow. overall execution is sluggish. sometimes leadership thinks that quality is improving if project is taking more time! Work load is not balanced between teams. Some are very busy and some are chill. Recognition/ motivation mechanism is broken. Some people work long hours, bring results and goes un noticed, some who just gets recognitions for any non value added work. As soon as any company applaud incapable infornt of all, It is actually demotivating eligible employees. Hence always feels like leaving the job.

1. Less opportunity for skill growth 2. Too much documentation, less technical work 3. Less organized and poor management for crucial tasks

HPM's local site leader is worst, mannerless, unprofessional, rude, dead wood and a toxic boss. This lady has created a environment of distrust, nerveousness and fear.
