Even If I start now, would not be able to finish in a novel. The work culture, certification pass bonus, work from home bonus, permanent work from home, 2 times reimbursement for any exam fees, personal development allowance which is separate from all these. Blogs and everyone can write one and get remuneration for that. The company culture is open and you never feel like you are alone on a project but a whole team of 500+ employees.

Dislikes

Literally nothing. Even if I had to say something, it would be that I love it so much here that I dislike that I turn down every other headhunter and HR who try to reach out to me on LinkedIn.

I like the training and certification policy of phData which is one of the best, they pay for certification even if you not clear. also you will get chance to work on new Technology like snowflake, azure,aws so its good for career growth

1. The learning that I get here while earning good 2. Employee-friendly projects that won't let me get bored 3. Modern data tech stack used in every project 4. Good leadership and management team 5. They respect the time zone of every individual. 6. They respect individual opinions

It is a great company to work at and the entire exec team and leaders are so welcoming. Creates truly world class collaboration and practice niche data-technologies.

Dislikes

At times I miss meeting the team in office, I find fully Remote working is forcing aloofness.

Likes

On a higher note, in phData you will be given proper training by seniors and the support from the manager is really good enough when compared to other service based companies.

Dislikes

I would not say it as cons, but you need to work from office for couple of years as "Associate Data Engineers" and then you will be allowed to WFM( Work From Home ).
