I must mention during Covid Pandemic time Company's care on employee, proactive action taken to safeguard the employee, Salary increment during Covid pandemic time even though company under negative growth. And so on.. many thing are there to say..

Great working experience in Pharmed. Management & teammates are very supporting. Company policy is very clear and good. Specially time to time training session for improving our skills and knowledge.

Pharmed is always looking forward to improve, they are always investing in new technologies and training programs to help their employees stay ahead of the curve. Pharmed always give opportunities to grow, I will continue to grow and develop in my career at Pharmed, overall, I am very happy to work at Pharmed, it is a great company with great culture. Pharmed is a very good organisation,only management having too much politics,always management pressurising for adjustment (10% stockist bribe) expansion plan because of this Target too high I was always performer but becoz of high demand for pcpm ,and expansion in territory everyone suffer

Bribe from seniors to achieve budget,high time politics from seniors, favourism and nepotism will laid down organisation
