Cohesive staff, helpful when you need them. Great work culture. No overtime pressure, mild work pressure, a family type environment

Dislikes

Nothing as such major. Sometimes I used to approve some designs from ceo but then my manager would scrap them and saying these are bad, why don't you pass the designs through me first before going to ceo.

Likes

Joined to experience the culture of a startup where things move at faster pace and environment is very dynamic. Those factors were there but short lived.

Dislikes

Very bad culture, insecurity in team , directionless management and lots of uncertainty. Not a great place to work at unless one is willing to risk the career.
